The gameplay and visual style of Sonic Mania is similar to the first parts of the series for Mega Drive/Genesis. In the story of sonic the hedgehog, Fox Tails and echidna Knuckles found on the island of the angel a powerful source of energy — a ruby of Illusions, which allows you to control time and space, but Dr. Eggman, along with his robots Hard heated Heavies got to him first to use the stone in order to capture the world. The heroes are going to prevent the evil plans of the villains.
